Thank you to all who attended WUGM 2025! The next WUGM conference will take place in 2027.

Registration for the fall WUGM 2027 will open in the Spring of 2027.

The biennial Wisconsin Update in Geriatric Medicine 2025 conference is a live, in-person* event.

*we will be offering a virtual live stream of the conference for our VA-affiliated Geriatric Scholars

• Speaker presentations and additional learning materials are provided in a PDF format to all attendees.
• Fees are the same for both in-person and virtual course options.

Refunds:

In-person registration cancellation policy: Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to help@icep.wisc.edu. Cancellation requests received at least 5 days prior to the conference will allow a full refund except for the nonrefundable processing fee of $50. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the activity start date.

Virtual registration cancellation policy: Because adding a virtual option for WUGM 2025 represents an added, fixed expense for additional AV support, only a 50% refund, minus a non-refundable processing fee of $50 will be offered for virtual attendees who choose to cancel their registration at least 5 days prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 5 days prior to the activity start date.
